One HOT day!!!

Yesterday Mommy, Daddy, Conner, and I went back to the zoo. We love the zoo, but it was one HOT day!!! I wore my coolest outfit. Mommy kept the sun shade on my stroller up most of the time, so I had to really look to see everything. I brought my dolly along, and she was hot, too. This is one big, strange moomoo! Conner told me it's a moomoo, but I don't think I should believe him. Big brothers try to trick you sometimes.

It was a monkey! Just like Annie, who sleeps in my cribby with me! We both said, "Miba, miba!" and she smiled at us.

I really liked seeing her.

My big brother went on the ride, but I stayed off to keep Daddy company. Conner had to wear a seat belt.

He and Mommy had a lot of fun!

Then he and Mommy went to pet the goats. He talked and talked to them!

Boy, does he love those goats!

By this time, I was getting pretty sleepy, so I drifted off for a little nap. My dolly is so cuddly, she makes be feel all safe and comfy.

Soon enough, though, Conner was back to wake me up. He always does that.

He and Daddy went to see these pretty birdies. I just listened to them tweeting.

Daddy fed the birdies, and Conner tried to pet them.

He said he liked it!

Fun!

I like to do a lot of things since I'm a big boy! Here I am, playing in my room. I love my room. I take Mommy or Daddy by the hand and say, "Room! Room!" and make them come play with me. I LOVE my moomoos!

Here's Daddy, Katie Marie, and me. I'm a big boy, so I feed myself. Daddy or Mommy have to feed my Katie. She's just a baby.
She likes sweet potatoes as much as I do!

Soccer, coloring, and peas- oh my!

We had a very fun day yesterday! I put all my Daddy's memory things on, but Mommy made me take them right off. I felt really grown-up. I enjoy playing soccer. Daddy is teaching me the right way to do it. I yell, "GOOOOOOAL!" every time I kick the ball!

Daddy made me a HUGE picture to color- it's Handy Mammy!

Mommy taped it to the floor so I can color all the time.

Next, my Katie Marie tried a new food- peas! She's just a baby, so Mommy has to feed her. I help sometimes, and talk or sign to her. She opens her mouth like a baby birdie when she's ready for a spoonful.

I took a break from eating my macaronis to sign more for Katie. It was fun!

Pretty Katie

My Mommy and Daddy think I'm pretty, so they take lots of pictures of me. Here I am napping with my Amish dolly, Sadie. She holds my hand sometimes when I sleep.

Now here I am posing on the blankie that my Mommy's Mommy's Grammy made for my Mommy when she was a baby like me. It was very comfy.

I loved it!

It made me smile- or was that just Mommy making funny faces?

It was tasty, too.

Maybe when I grow up, I can have a little girl who can play on this blankie just like me!

My haircut

I had my hair cut last week. It was SO fun! Mommy brought my chair outside for me to sit in, and strapped me in in case I got wiggly. Daddy showed me the hair cutter so I knew what was going on. I just had fun watching the pool at first. Then I noticed that I could watch myself in the door!

I sat very still to help Daddy.

It was actually kind of fun!

Don't worry, Grammy. My curls will come back!

Handy Conner

Last night my Daddy was playing with his tools, and I wanted to help. He made me this toy so I can be just like Handy Manny! Wow! I can use Pat the hammer, Turner and Felipe the screwdrivers, and Squeeze the pliers. I have SO much fun with it! Look at me go!
